Normally, the stock dice takes: 12- 17 days. Custom dice takes: 1-3 months as per what kind of dice you would like to purchase, the packing way, and dice quantity. See the below picture to know the dice production time.

Usually we will give you a quotation within 24 hours if we are making dice, and a complete and reasonable quotation within 2 days if we are producing table games.

Usually samples are made within 7 days after we confirm your sample artwork; however, this also depends on the complexity of your project.

The minimum order quantity for our stock of dice is 20 sets, we be able to mix and match to achieve the MOQ, and the minimum order quantity for board games is 500 boxes. For some custom products, the MOQ is different as per materials.

Usually packed in clear plastic opp bag, free of charge, then put inside shipping cartons. Bags, cases, boxes etc are available, but the cost will be charged as per your inquiries.

In addition to adding details such as company name, address and phone number on the box, the following legal identifiers need to be added

• UPC (Universal Product Code), which is a 12-digit GTIN code, usually used in North America. Or EAN (European barcode), which is a 13-digit GTIN code (sometimes 8-digit).
• an age graphic symbol (must be no smaller than 10 mm) showing that the game is not a product for children under 3 years of age.
• Small parts warning, text “Warning: Choking hazard – small parts. Not suitable for children under 36 months”, if your game has small parts or balls, this warning must be included.
• country of origin, e.g. “Made in China”.
• “CE” mark, for any European product, it must be presented on the box at least 5 mm high, declaring that the product complies with EU directives.

• All files must be in CMYK color mode.
• All images must have a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.
• Files must be folders and labeled with different part numbers and names according to the specification sheet.
• All text and fonts must be embossed.
• Die cuts must be vector illustrations and in different layers.
• Solid black color setting. c:0% m:0% y:0% k100% to avoid color inconsistency.
• Maintain a bleed of 3.0 mm per side and all design and background colors should extend to the bleed area.
• Maintain a 3.0 mm bleed area on each side from the artwork to the die cut line (the area from the page content to the page edge).
• Boxed and cardboard: maintain a 3 mm bleed plus a 15 mm wrap to ensure they can be wrapped around the edges.

We offer a variety of shipping methods and will confirm with you before shipping. Charges this depends on the shipping way, most of our clients would like to choose express and DDP term.
The express is the most expensive, but the express is good if packages are below 100kgs totally. 5-7 days delivered.
The air DDP is regular shipping ways as well when goods above 100kgs/200kgs. 20-30 days delivered.
The sea DDP is the most competitive shipping cost when goods are above 100kgs/200kgs. 40-55 days delivered.
