Boxes
A high quality box can attract more gamers and make a great impression; XMOT can manufacture all kinds of different boxes, such as standard lid and bottom boxes, drawer boxes, folding boxes, magnetic boxes, book-style boxes and tuck boxes, etc.; to be more eye-catching, special surface treatment can be applied to the boxes, which can be glossy/matte lamination, embossing, water-based coating, flocking, gold/silver stamping printing (foil), debossed/embossing, texturing, spot UV.
We also offer a variety of trays inside the box, vac-forme tray, PVC or PET trays, EVA, sponge, velvet or cardboard.
Boards
The game board is like a map, without which you will be lost in the game. As an important component of the game, XMOT will make it with high stiffness cardboard and reinforced edges to make it resistant to wear and tear, moisture and humidity. It will also be single-folded, double-folded or triple-folded to make it easier to pack, and can be folded thousands of times without cracking. Any size and any shape of game board can be made, as well as surface treatment or other processes.
Cards
XMOT can provide cards in many shapes and sizes and with different processes, stamping silver, partial UV, laser process, gold edge and silver edge, glossy matte surface, and frosting process on the card surface; you can even choose PVC plastic custom cards to make the cards wear-resistant and moisture-proof, tough material with better texture.

Wooden Components
Replace the game’s characters with classic wooden components to put players in the game. Wood is lightweight, durable, and cost-effective. We can produce many shapes of wood products, with squares, columns, pawns, houses, meeples, and custom shapes. Usually processed with laser engraving, painting and silk-screening.
Plastic Components
Use colorful and highly customizable plastics to create unique components that enable more gameplay. Common components used in board games include gems, diamonds, stones, discs, chips, dials, sand timers, pointer arrows, game coins, plastic stands, bases, pawns, etc. Plastic components can be made from resin or acrylic. Due to the cost of molds, the resin can be used for small quantities, while acrylic is used for large quantities.
Miniatures
By replacing the game character with a perfect miniature, players can get a better experience. We can customize the miniatures according to the requirements, usually made of PVC or resin, the production is a complicated and time-consuming process; the process can be divided into preliminary design – 3D modeling – 3D proofing – confirming samples – creating molds – Mass production – packaging.
